Michael Oyster, LPC, CADC III

Michael is owner and lead consultant of Lucid Dynamics. He brings to the table over 30 years in the field serving a broad population in residential and outpatient settings, over a number of behavioral health issues in mental health and substance use. Michael has also worked in system array development implementing programs, clarifying billing processes, and connecting providers with one another. He specializes in clinical supervision and therapy for countertransference and personal / professional development.

In his personal time, Michael can be found either sailing aboard Little Pearl with Scarlette Bean (an Australian Shepherd) or hiking the countryside. He is an avid outdoorsman who also enjoys trying new cuisines, is a fan of fine coffees and a lover of poetry.

Holly Alexander

Holly is Marketing Director of Lucid Dynamics and  Program Director of The Phoenix Fire Chats. Holly  brings to the table over 20 years of business and marketing experience in an array of venues.  She is also editor and creator of Urban Hippie,  a fun lifestyle blog .

In her personal time, Holly is a self-proclaimed foodie and is often found hiking with her sidekick Obi the Dobie (an extra large Doberman Pinscher).
